We help people settle in, make homes ready to use and support owners afterwards with inspections, reports, minor repairs and maintenance coordination. Work within our experience is carried out directly; when specialist expertise is needed, we can prepare the job and coordinate suitable local tradespeople.

Property Experience from Scotland
I lived and worked in Scotland for many years, where I ran my own installation business and provided broad property support. My work included inspecting homes and flats, recording defects, organising cleaning and changeovers, preparing work, gathering information and measurements, arranging quotations and using trusted people from my network. I also carried out plumbing, minor repairs and practical maintenance myself. That experience now shapes Kalgo: local eyes and hands for the client, with the practical judgement to act, organise and follow through.
