All rates below are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Our minimum charge includes the first hour of work, normal local travel, use of standard tools and basic administration. This keeps pricing clear and helps avoid unexpected costs.

The minimum charge includes the first hour of work and normal travel within our local service area. Longer-distance travel, parking, tolls and other external costs may be charged separately.

Possible Additional Costs
Materials
Materials are not included unless specifically agreed. Customers may supply materials themselves, or Kalgo can purchase them on their behalf.
Travel
Normal local travel is included in the minimum charge. Longer-distance travel may be charged separately and will be agreed in advance.
Parking, tolls and third-party costs
Parking charges, tolls, government fees, courier costs and other third-party expenses are charged at cost where applicable.
Waiting time
Unavoidable waiting time caused by appointments, access problems or third parties may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
