Home Setup & Practical Services
We prepare homes for use through furniture assembly, installation of lights, TVs and accessories, fitting curtains and rails, connecting appliances, coordinating cleaning and carrying out minor repairs. The same practical support can continue after occupation whenever new issues arise.
Relocation & Settling-In Services
We support expats and international employees with the practical side of relocating to the Netherlands. This can include airport transfers, transport of personal belongings, key handovers, home setup, utility arrangements, registrations, assistance with opening a bank account and contacting local authorities or service providers. Our aim is to make your arrival and settling-in process as smooth as possible.
Employer & HR Support
We support employers and HR departments with the practical side of welcoming and relocating international employees. We can assist with home preparation, furniture assembly, transport, key handovers, utilities, registrations and other practical arrangements. Kalgo can act as one reliable point of contact, helping reduce the amount of coordination required from your HR team.
Property Maintenance & Support
Kalgo provides local property support from inspection to solution. Services include inspections with photos and reports, damage and defect assessment, move-in and move-out checks, vacancy checks, key management, meter readings, minor repairs, first intervention, work preparation and access for contractors. Small jobs are carried out directly. For larger or specialist work, we can gather information, arrange quotations, coordinate reliable local tradespeople, monitor progress and inspect the result. Kalgo does not undertake major renovations, painting contracts or boiler servicing.
